The G. J. Gardner Whangamatā Half Marathon has partnered with the Forever Good For Your Soul environmental programme. Williamson Park is centrally located and within walking/biking distance of a high percentage of most homes and baches in Whangamatā; we encourage carpooling, biking or walking to the event. Limited vehicle parking will be available inside Williamson Park on a first in, first served basis. Once the grass reserve is full, parking is best in the surrounding streets. Please allow enough time.
Gear Storage service will be provided by the Lions Club of Whangamatā at Williamson Park.
After 11.15am participants may be restricted from commencing and/or continuing on their second lap if their pace is unlikely to meet the final course cut off time of 12.15pm, and will adversely affect approved traffic management and marshal timelines.
